The fee for the conference will be £295, includes all board and lodging and the conference fee. It also includes the drink receptions on both evenings and the award winning piper and banquet on the Saturday night.

If you want to bring your partner, then the cost goes up to £345

If you want to make your own arrangements for accommodation the cost will be reduced to £252.

Starting on Saturday at 0930, the Partners will visit Stirling Castle, followed by a scenic tour of the Trossacs where the views are of mountains and lochs. There will be a visit to one of the villages on the way and a simple lunch. After lunch, the tour will go to Loch Lomond and offer a one hour trip on the Loch. The coach will return to Tulliallan at about 1700.

The College is accessed from the M876 by the A876, Kincardine Bridge and A977 and from the M90 by the A985 and A977. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh airports (40 and 30 miles away respectively) link to the M876 by the M8-M80 and A8-M9 respectively, and are less than an hour traveling time from the College.

The nearest railway station is in Falkirk (7 miles). The Edinburgh - Glasgow InterCity Service, stopping at Falkirk High Station, runs every 15 minutes from Edinburgh Waverley Station and Glasgow Queens Street Station.

Ample free car parking is available within the College grounds..

The private driveway to the College, accessed from the A977, leads initially to the Blackhall building which houses the College Traffic Training Division. Continuing on the driveway gives access to the main College buildings housing conference, training and residential facilities.
